In 1983, PARTY BOYS were the ultimate underground artband.
They emerged from the inception of the Downtown L.A. art/loft scene and challenged audiences with a kind of raw, tribal post-industrial mantra that moved this theoretical audience to the point of a near riot. Some say this was the best of the early theoretical series.
